What does a service include?
All services include the following components:
Email/phone communications
Menu development and recipe research
Grocery shopping at preferred store
Personalized reheating instructions
Preparation of menu items with safe cooling practices
Kitchen clean-up
The cost of groceries will be passed directly to the client.
Fees for additional items and dietary customizations will be further discussed during your consultation.
All meals are labeled, dated and packaged in reusable containers (provided by client) or recyclable disposable containers.
Payment (cost of service and reimbursement of groceries) is due upon completion of service on set cook day.
All services within a 10-mile radius or additional fees and deposits may apply.

4x4 meal plan
(four meals with four servings each plus cost of groceries)
This plan would provide meals with four separate entrees plus one side each for four days. Two entrees plus side(s) will remain refrigerated with two entrees plus side(s) will be frozen.

This plan would provide meals with three separate entrees plus one side each for three days. All entrees will remain refrigerated, with no entrees or sides frozen.
