Meet the Chef.
I have been in the culinary field for over 25 years. My journey began at a young age in my family-owned local bakery, Ed’s Bread. There, I studied and mastered the process of mixing and baking artisan bread and other quality baked goods for over a decade. After, I chose to transition from baking to cooking and began 14 years of employment at Arbor Farms, a natural local market. Through dedication and perseverance, I worked my way from Prep Cook to Executive Chef. It was at this job my true love for food was discovered, explored, and given the freedom to flourish. My repertoire is extensive, and I would love to share with you my passion, knowledge, and creativity through healthy, locally sourced cuisine!

A complimentary consultation is provided at your home or preferred method. I will ask questions to discover your likes and dislikes. At this time, we will also discuss any dietary concerns or preferences there may be. Menus and recipes are explained and reviewed. Lastly, we will schedule a date and time to start cooking in your home!
